Ned Kelly discovers he is descended from the Sons of Sieve, an unyielding army of cross-dressing outlaws infamous for frightening their rulers in Ireland. Ned Kelly, nurtured by the infamous bushranger Harry Power (Russell Crowe) and motivated by the unjust incarceration of his mother, joins a ragtag group of warriors to organize one of the country's most brazen acts of anarchy and rebellion.
