Luc Deveraux, the former Universal Soldier that is epic, is about to be thrown into action once more. After Seth (Michael Jai White), the super computer commanded ultra-warrior, decides to take revenge and destroy its own creators, just Luc can discontinue it. All hell breaks loose since a team of soldiers at a struggle which pits man against machine and Luc battles Seth along with good against bad.
