The story takes place in alternative America where the blacks have been members of elitewhites and whites are people of inner city ghettos. Louis Pinnock is a French worker at a chocolate factory. He's mistaken for a voyeur and loses his job, has defeated by black cops while delivering a package for CEO Thaddeus Thomas along with his family becomes evicted from their home. Desperate Pinnock requires kidnaps Thomas and a gun , requiring justice.
