Max Flatow is a precocious social misfit with a knack for making homemade bombs. When he grows tired of them, he flees home, only to reappearance seven years later as Max Frost, the world's most successful entertainment. When Congressman John Fergus employs Frost as a political tactic to garner support for his Senate campaign, Frost wills himself into the system, therefore establishing new rights for the young. Frost eventually stands for president.
