Founded in Moscow, Chechen veteran Danila (Sergei Bodrov Jr) matches Konstantin, an older friend who tells him that his twin brother was forced to registering a twisted contract using a US hockey team. Soon following this meeting, Danila finds Konstantin dead and he sets out to avenge his departure. A journey that leads him to a new experience and Chicago.
