The film has been directed by Paul Dugdale responsible for The Prodigy's Worlds Onfire and Adele's Live at the Royal Albert Hall concert movies. Live 2012 comprises footage out of Coldplay's shows at Paris's Stade de France, Montreal's Bell Centre and the band's victorious Pyramid Stage headline performance.
