Count Duckula is also a spin off out of DangerMouse, a show in, horror, comedy, animated tv show created by British studio Cosgrove Hall and really a British children's play. The show aired on 6 September 1988 and was produced by Thames Television for three string and Central Television for its show. In most, 65 episodes were created, and each approximately 22 minutes long. All 65 episodes have been released to DVD within the UK, while the first show has been published in the united states. Both the show and its characters continue to have a large following online. The show has been just a parody of the story of Count Dracula. Place in Transylvania, Duckula lives in a castle called Castle Duckula along with his nanny and his butler Igor. Every one the characters from the show are anthropomorphised birds.
