Nobita's by what to do with his zero evaluation marks bothered. His evaluation newspapers are scattered by A gust of wind and he falls to a garbage dump wanting to assemble them together again. There he sees and he decides to take it home. His mum who doesn't allow him to develop tries to plant it but captured him.
