Easy Money is an comedy drama television show that aired in October 5, 2008 to August 16, 2009. Diane Frolov and Andrew Schneider created the series. The series --together with Valentine, Surviving Suburbia, and In Harm's Way--have been shows programmed by Media Rights Capital, an independent manufacturer of television programming. Even the Sunday night block has been sold to the manufacturers to get a leased-time basis after the network had no evaluations success with the night.
Production of this series has been expected to restart within four to fourteen days and was placed on hold in mid-October. Two weeks after, MRC chose to cancel both Valentine and easymoney. On November 20, 2008, The CW announced that it was ending with MRC, removing the shows and programming the night time . On July 6, 2009, The CW announced that beginning July 26, the series would begin burning the remaining episodes at 7 p.m.
