Overview
Jessica is a Australian television mini series based on the historical novel by Bryce Courtenay. Broadcast by Australia's Network Ten in 2004 and set at the start of the century from the outback this family established drama follows a young woman who is unjustly institutionalised. Jessica acquired a 2005 Logie award for telemovie or best miniseries, also two awards at the 2004 Chicago International Film Festival - among them to the leadership of Australian Peter Andrikidis.
