The underground railroad system in Moscow strikes against in the shape of a flooding from a collapsed tube. The film follows a diverse group of Moscow taxpayers that end up trapped into the town's underground rail network, their train derailed and almost shattered after an aging tube awakens. Amongst this band of survivors is gently spoken surgeon Andrey (Sergei Puskepalis), whose wife is having an affair with the conceited businessman Vlad (Anatoly Beliy). Fate brings these two men on the train that is self indulgent, as the tube starts to immediately fill with water, forcing them to work together with the others and discover a way back to the top, but there is very little time to fix their differences.
