Angela Baker, a transsexual, flows from the mental hospital and surfaces during a summer camp as a counselor who lectures her charges on behavior. The impostor in various methods -- murders those adolescents who violate rules -- from the camp chatterbox or even perhaps a girl to the boys who are peeping Toms. Intrepid counselor Molly begins to piece together the truth, as bikers go lost.
