The Chase is just a BBC drama series that first aired on 16 July 2006. The Chase centred on a household conduct veterinary practice. This was co-written by Gaynor Faye, the show's creator, Kay Mellor's daughter. Much filming to the series had been carried out in and around Otley, West Yorkshire. The series is set at the fictional town of"Oxley".
