After a detective is called into investigate the roadside execution of the partner, he discovers that a DataCard from a camera. The card comprises footage captured by 2 runaway teenagers that are building a documentary concerning the drug death of a burglar. The detective retraces the travel of the teen and soon begins to uncover a trail of the deceased that leads back all of the way to police headquarters.
